Q: What exactly do you provide in your basic remodel of a half bath. Do you gut the room, remove existing floor and lay down Hardy board before tiling?

A: Thank you for your submission. The half bathroom basic remodeling package includes removal of the existing vanity and flooring as well as the toilet, surface mounted light fixtures, countertop, faucets, flooring, medicine cabinet or mirror, and baseboard trim. We reinstall these items as part of the package as well. The homeowner would be responsible for providing all of the materials for installation. At an additional cost, we will supply all of the materials required to complete your project.
