Bathroom Remodeling Project Review – Harleysville, PA 3/2/26
| We recently worked with Vinny and Basic Basement Company for a bathroom upgrade, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The project was thoughtfully planned in two phases — wet area and dry area — which Vinny suggested to help us manage payments comfortably. Phase 1 (wet area) included replacing our bathtub and toilet. The team completed the tub installation in just two days. They were professional, pleasant to work with, and extremely clean. The workmanship was excellent. After we started using the tub, we noticed a leak in the garage ceiling directly below the bathroom. I called Vinny, and despite being a couple of hours away, he drove down immediately to investigate. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. Finding the root cause was not simple. He ran multiple tests, filled and drained the tub, and even opened part of the garage ceiling to inspect the insulation. After careful troubleshooting, he identified that the issue was coming from a defective brand-new tub spout component — something completely outside of their control. Vinny took full ownership of the issue, ordered a replacement part, returned to fix it, repaired the garage ceiling, and even added extra insulation. We were not charged a single penny for any of this additional work. What truly stands out is not just the quality of the installation, but the integrity and accountability. Issues can happen in any project — what matters is how they are handled. Vinny handled it with professionalism, persistence, and genuine care. We’re looking forward to completing Phase 2 (dry area) with them and would absolutely recommend Basic Basement Company without hesitation.
