I wanted to express our thanks for a job well done by everyone involved in the remodel of our bathroom. Everything looks great, and we could not be more pleased with our overall experience. The process from start to finish was better than we anticipated. Our interactions with the office, salesman, and project manager were all great. The men who worked here were professional and courteous and they did beautiful work. The bathroom looks wonderful and the process wasn’t as bad as we had feared. The men worked quickly and neatly and had everything back and working within days. We will certainly give The Basic Bathroom Co. a call back when we are ready to do our other bathroom.
