I am extremely happy that I selected The Basic Bathroom Co. to have my bathroom renovated. I must first say how extremely helpful Gail was. She offered me assistance and suggestions throughout the process. We were able to get a faster appointment due to a cancellation and I would not have made it in time without her help. Gail is such an asset to this company. Ralph and his partner did a fantastic job. He provided suggestions for things I hadn’t thought of, and even fixed a couple of extra things for me. My mother even suggested I remember Ralph’s name to see if I could request him again for future jobs. And, my house was so clean during the project. I would highly recommend this company.
