The Basic Bathroom Co. started on the day agreed – they finished on time and within agreed price – total time until project completion was five days. They completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs, removed the debris, and rebuilt the room with the materials I provided (they gave me a shopping list. They were extremely neat and vacuumed every day before they left. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did a great job. In addition, I felt if there were any issues, I could call the office at any time. And, the project manager was there everyday making sure things were moving forward, and that I was happy with the work as it went along. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.
