The experience with The Basic Bathroom Co. was great. We planned a full bathroom renovation which was installed professionally. The tile, electric, and other features were all well done, and our old bathroom turned into the nicest room in the house. Since this was the only bathroom in our home, we were concerned that we would be inconvenienced if the installation took longer than planned. But the installation teams were able to complete the project on time. What I also liked was the company’s approach to managing the project. From the cost estimate through installation, the project coordinator, project manager, and installer didn’t change. This was very helpful when I needed to call them, as the “project team” were all familiar with my bathroom project and gave us good suggestions. On top of that, we enjoyed the planning process, including selecting tiles, the vanity and medicine cabinet, and fixtures.
