We had a 40 year old bathroom in need of updating. We found an ad for The Basic Basement Co., which also had a division for bathroom remodeling.

I contacted their office and scheduled an appointment. The salesman arrived promptly, and was very helpful and professional. He gave us a list of everything we would need to purchase, and what they would provide. This was a great option as we were really just paying for the labor.

Work began with a total gutting of the bathroom on a Tuesday morning. By the following Tuesday, they were completely done. Total installation time was 4.5 days. Our bathroom looks absolutely awesome. I was a bit skeptical that it would get done that quickly and be that nice – wow, were we surprised.

The Basic Companies will definitely see more business from us. They were extremely professional, courteous, clean, and helpful in design ideas. They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. every morning and started working right away. These guys didn’t even break for lunch.
